Clocks Museum

Horologist István Hanga collects his collection of several hundred clocks since decades. This exhibition presents the selected items of this collection. Among the presented materials the visitors can find church clocks mechanisms, table and hanging clocks, pocket and hand watches and almost all kind of mechanisms built for measuring time.

Furthermore, an original suite of a clock’s shop from the 1930’s is exhibited.

The items of the collection are remarkable for the history of technology and handicrafts
